Visiting builder’s model new home is always an exciting moment for my buyers and for me as well. You just feel good when you are in a beautifully decorated new home, especially the model home. This one is more exciting than the brand new home. Not just because owner did such a great job of interior upgrades and even the exterior upgrades, also because the spaces it has that many new builder’s home cannot afford to offer.
More than once I heard my buyer tell me: I like everything inside about the builder’s new home, I only wish I can have a backyard. Most of time, we have to give up our wish for a nice backyard when we also want to have a new home. Finally, you do not need to make compromise any more.
I really love the landscape the seller did for the backyard. So inviting and at same time low maintenance. You can enjoy it the whole year.
There are also many small details that show how much thoughts owner put in the house: like the dimming lights they put under the cabinets in the kitchen. Even the switch is cute and classy. You got to see it and play it yourself.
