Popular Korean High End Grocery Shop H Mart N San Jose Shop Opens

H Mart N. San Jose Store had grand opening yesterday after all of the fans waited for many months. The N. San Jose Store is roughly 43000 square feet, bigger than it’s west San Jose store which is about 28,000 square feet.

The new store is located at 1710 Oakland Road near Murphy Avenue.  It has another attraction for housing in N. San Jose neighborhood.

Our new listing this week at 1791 Camino Leonor is within walking distance to H Mart and many other shops, City Sports Club. Come to our open house this weekend from 1:30 to 4:30 and finish your weekly grocery shopping at the H Mart in one easy trip.

Microsoft Buys Large Land in N. San Jose

After Apple and Google, Microsoft has bought 65 acres of empty land along State Route 237 between Alviso and Milpitas, signaling that the site fits into its plans to widen its reach in cloud and internet technologies, the Mercury News just published an exclusive news on the details today.(http://www.mercurynews.com/2017/09/29/exclusive-microsoft-buys-north-san-jose-land-campus-eyed/)

Housing price in North San Jose has seen substantial gains since Apple and Google’s purchase. With the coming of the third tech giant Microsoft, the North San Jose residential houses are likely to attract more buyers.
