Four Bedrooms, Four Bathrooms almost New House $599,950 – One of the only two found in the entire Santa Clara County

I searched MLS where almost all the houses for sale are listed there to see how many four bedrooms and four bathrooms house that are less than 5 years old are out there that are priced under 600,000 dollars.  In the entire Santa Clara county, I found only two. The other one is in Morgan Hill.

So this one located at 2113 Oakland Road in San Jose is truly a unique and rare find for any buyers who need space but want to manage price too. Even better, this one has one bedroom and one full bath on the first floor. Having a suite on the first floor is very sought-after feature. Many of us who have parents visiting, have relatives or friends visiting all wish we could have a suite with full bath on the first level for them for their privacy and convenience. House with Good Schools under 500K in Silicon Valley

Most parents want to send their kids to good schools. This is especially so in Silicon Valley. So buying a house with good schools is one of the most important  search criteria for many who’s looking for a house here.  Houses with good schools are getting  more and more expensive also because tuition is increasing twice or more of the pace of the inflation. So having a house with good public schools makes it more affordable to provide the good education to kids.

Milpitas is probably the most affordable city in Santa Clara county which has good schools. My new listing at 101 Ede Lane in Milpitas is extremely affordable for a house with good schools from elementary to high schools. Here are the school info:

Elementary: Pearl Zanker Elem (API 884)

Middle: Rancho Milpitas Middle (API 880)

High: Milpitas High (API 827)

It’s also within walking distance to the elementary schools.

If you do not need to worry about the kids’  school yet, this house lets you save money by paying less on your monthly housing expense. To rent a house like that, your monthly rental will be around $2000-$2200. If you buy it, your monthly payment will be around $1600-1700 (assuming you pay 20-25% down with 4% rate). With it’s low HOA fee of $255, you get private access to nice swimming pool, recreation house too. Adding that, it’s still less than your renal payment.

With two attached garage and nice updated kitchen, you have a much better place to live than you rent an apartment but with less payment. What a deal!

Fabulous Single Family House – Amazingly Good Price

This is the house that easily appeals to pretty much everybody. It’s very similar to the one I sold a few months ago at 1310 Araujo St in the same neighbor. This one probably has even better floor plan as it does not have a long bridge and the stairs are on the side.
