Visiting builder’s model new home is always an exciting moment for my buyers and for me as well. You just feel good when you are in a beautifully decorated new home, especially the model home.  This one is more exciting than the brand new home. Not just because owner did such a great job of interior upgrades and even the exterior upgrades, also because the spaces it has that many new builder’s home cannot afford to offer.

More than once I heard my buyer tell me: I like everything inside about the builder’s new home, I only wish I can have a backyard. Most of time, we have to give up our wish for a nice backyard when we also want to have a new home. Finally, you do not need to make compromise any more.
